Once logged into cPanel look for "Backups" found under Files. Click Backups.
Now you'll see a button that says "Download A Full Website Backup". Click that and follow the instructions that pop up. Once the backup has finished generating (can take up to an hour depending on the size of your website!) you can download it from that same screen.
Please keep in mind that you have to have enough space in your webhosting account to save this backup file. If you do not have enough avaialble storage with your plan you'll receive an error. In this case you can open a ticket requesting that we temporarily increase your storage and generate a backup for you - which we will be happy to do. Please note that we'll delete the backup 24 hours after it was generated and revert your account back to it's storage limits.
